What people don't realize is that so much lies in the attitude. Okay, so you got caught going 70 in a 55. This is not looking good. The state trooper who pulled you over will likely give you a traffic violation. However, if you treat him with respect and be nice, he may not. Remember there are plenty of opportunities for these guys to pass out trafficviolations. They're more likely to give them to the jerks than the individuals who're kind to them.

It's just a basic law of mankind. We all like to be treated fairly. As I stated earlier, I have avoided potential trafficviolations simply by acting civil toward the ones who've pulled me over. One police officer actually told me this. He complimented me on my stellar attitude and wished me good day, ticket free. I drove off with a smile on my face.

The best way to avoid traffic violations is obviously by abiding by the laws your state has set. Try not to speed and you won't end up with a speeding ticket. Pay attention to traffic lights and you won't end up running through a red light. It's all just common sense stuff. And if you do receive a traffic violation, but feel that it's not valid, take it to court. This is why you have a court date. You don't have to simply send in the fine money. Appear in court and argue why you're not guilty. If you can prove you're not, you just might get out of that ticket. What an amazing feeling that would be!
